Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of the 49 United States (excluding California) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Sunshine Slam Showdown Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on November 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on November 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Promotion, participants must register for an eTournament Fishing Subscription for $4.99 and must hold a valid, active subscription at the time a prize is claimed.

Participants must also register for at least one (1) of the following tournament divisions:

Boat Division: $100 entry fee
Kayak Division: $50 entry fee
Shoreline Division: $25 entry fee

Each paid tournament registration automatically qualifies as one (1) entry into every week’s giveaway drawing. Once a participant has been selected and verified as a prize winner, they will no longer be eligible for subsequent drawings or prizes during the remaining promotion periods.

Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS / PRIZES / ODDS:

A total of four (4) random drawings will be conducted to award one (1) prize each week during the Promotion Period.

Drawing Dates:

Friday, November 7, 2025
Friday, November 14, 2025
Friday, November 21, 2025
Friday, November 28, 2025

Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Garmin ECHOMAP 7” Fish Finder, valued at $899.99.
Total Prize Value: $3,599.96.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during promotion period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Winners will be contacted by email. Each winner will have 48 hours from the time of email notification to respond and claim their prize. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitutions are permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to:

(a) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final;

(b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and

(c) allow the use of their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is deemed ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, network failures, or any other errors beyond their control. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion should any event corrupt or impair the administration or fairness of the Promotion.

By entering, participants agree that any dispute arising out of this Promotion shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by arbitration in Greene County, Missouri, under the laws of the State of Missouri.

7. PRIVACY:

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding prizes and will be subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
